1. Service
License Keeper helps you look up professional license requirements, find your state licensing board, prepare renewal documents, and receive deadline alerts. Requirements and board information are collected from public sources and may lag or contain errors; always confirm with your official licensing board.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials secure and for activity under your account. You must be 18 or older to use License Keeper.
3. Plans and billing
The Free tier includes the requirements checker, board finder, and document checklist. Paid plans (Alerts $1.99/mo, Premium $2.99/mo) unlock renewal alerts and tracking features and auto-renew until canceled. Cancel any time from your account page or the Stripe billing portal.
4. Refunds
Payments are non-refundable after activation. Contact support for billing issues; we review them case by case.
5. Acceptable use
Do not abuse the service or use it to scrape, resell, or automate access. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
6. Disclaimer
License Keeper is an independent information service. We are not affiliated with any state licensing board or government agency, and we do not provide legal advice. Missing a renewal deadline can have professional consequences; alerts are a convenience, not a guarantee, and you remain responsible for your own license renewals.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, License Keeper and its operators are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service, including decisions made based on information shown in the app.
8. Termination
You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or attempt to defraud us or our partners.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time and will post the updated version here with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of License Keeper after changes constitutes acceptance.
